Whole Foods is a 5-minute drive. Salem and Marblehead are 15 minutes away. The Swampscott commuter rail station is less than a 10-minute walk, putting downtown Boston just 28 minutes away — or take the ferry May through October.

The deck has glass panel railings and is not suitable for young children. Please supervise children on the deck at all times.
Please note there are 3 flights of stairs to reach the penthouse — no elevator. Absolutely worth it.
I kindly ask that guests be mindful of noise on the hardwood floors, especially during quiet hours (10:30pm–8am).
