Guest Access

The entire main house is yours — two full floors, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths. Self check-in via keypad. Two off-street parking spaces included (a third is reserved for the loft apartment above). The loft has its own private entrance and no shared interior access.

Neighborhood Highlights

Swampscott punches above its weight. The beach is your front yard. Mission on the Bay’s rooftop deck is a five-minute walk for drinks and ocean views. Salem is 10 minutes by car or commuter rail. Marblehead is 10 minutes in the other direction. Boston’s North Station is 30 minutes by train. And when you just want to stay close: restaurants, coffee, and shops are all within easy walking distance along the waterfront.
